How Do I Schedule a Service? To schedule a service press the botton above ''Call to Request Service'' or by dialing (888)-616-0038.

How much does installation or repair cost? Installation costs start from $500. Repair costs vary depending on what your water system needs. After your service is requested, a technician will inspect your system to determine the cost of repairs.

What's included in the service visit? During the service visit, a technician will inspect your water system or/and reverse osmosis, identify any issues, and explain the recommended next steps. You’ll receive a repair quote before any work begins.

Do you offer a service warranty? All water systems from WTH & Puronics, including reverse osmosis systems, are covered by warranty service after the first year of installation. Installation labor and transportation costs are not covered.

How should I prepare for my appoinment service? It is recommended to have the area around your water system clear and easy to access. Have someone available to let the technician in and explain any issues you’ve noticed.
